Day One
Day One is a one-day experience for district pastors and church leaders. An honest look at the churches in your district that are running out of runway, and what can actually be done about them.
Our first Day One is scheduled for 2027. We're building the calendar now with District Superintendents across the Alliance.
One day. One honest conversation.
The state of the church, told straight
An honest look at decline and plateau, nationally and inside your own district. No hype and no despair.
Where the line sits
The full Life of the Church curve, drawn stage by stage, and the exact point where revitalization ends and replanting begins.
Three doors, and yours
Whether you're leading a dying church, sensing a call to replant, or leading a healthy church ready to partner, you'll leave knowing your next step.
Take the Evaluation. We'll make sure you hear about the Day One nearest you.
